Duchess Bake Shop was opened October 2009 on 124^th Street just north of 107 Ave in Edmonton. At Duchess we make all of our products daily in-house from scratch using no mixes, no preservatives and no shortcuts. We strive to use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients possible such as the superb Valrhona chocolate from France, specially imported butter and all natural flavourings and extracts. The entire staff of Duchess, from chef to server, is dedicated to providing the utmost in quality of product and service.
