A very rich and complex chocolate cake. A moist triple-chocolate cake with a layer of salted caramel wrapped in a whipped ganache of Valrhona chocolate and covered in a mirror-finish chocolate glaçage.

The Duchess (4″ and 8″ sizes)

Our namesake cake. Chiffon cake layered with pastry cream and raspberry,  topped with a dome of vanilla bean whipped cream and encased in a naturally coloured marzipan shell.

Macarons

One of our signature items, the macaron (not to be confused with the English macaroon) consists of a very flavourful filling sandwiched between two delicate almond flour meringue cookies. Its simple appearance belies the tremendous complexity of flavour and textures that characterize it. We are constantly working on new flavours and combinations so drop by to see what’s new.
