This classic French-Canadian meat pie is a staple around the holidays. In this class you’ll learn all about the origins and regional variations of the tourtière. You will make pie dough and filling for a traditional Montréal-style tourtière and get to take home one unbaked pie to share with your family and friends. Your instructor will also demonstrate how to make a tourtière typical of the Lac-St-Jean region. The class will also end with a shared meal and dessert, so come hungry!

  • Class purchases are non-refundable. You may cancel your registration in a class up to 48 hours in advance and credit will be issued towards another class.
  • Classes can run ~15 minutes over or under the allotted time
  • 10 years old is the minimum age for children attending classes, and all kids under the age of 16 must be registered with an adult
  • There is a limit of 4 tickets per person in a given class with no exceptions
