All purchases made via Duchess Bake Shop's online store will be shipped using Canada Post's Expedited Service. You may track your order on the Canada Post website using the tracking number sent to your e-mail address. All orders will be delivered between 1 and 8 business days. 

*Please make sure that your shipping address is correct and complete. Orders submitted with an incorrect or incomplete address will be charged the extra cost to re-ship.


We offer free expedited shipping on all orders over $200. Duchess Bake Shop ships anywhere in Canada—please refer to the chart below for our shipping and handling base rates and additional fees based on the destination province.

For customers in Alberta we are pleased to offer FREE in-store pickup for online orders at Duchess Bake Shop (10720-124 Street, Edmonton). To place an order for in-store pickup, please follow these steps:

  • To qualify for this service, you will first need to enter an Alberta shipping address at checkout, then select Edmonton In-store Pickup as your shipping option.  
  • Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that we have received it. 
    It may take up to 48 hours for your order to be ready for pickup.
  • You will receive a second email when your order is ready for pickup at Duchess Bake Shop, located at 10720 124 Street. 
  • To pick up your order, ensure that you bring a copy of your confirmation email and proceed to the Provisions & Pre-order Pickup counter.
    **Orders may be picked up during business hours only. We ask that you pick up your order within 7 days of receiving notice that it is ready. 
  • Please note that some items, including refrigerated or frozen products, are not eligible for purchase online.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process international orders at this time. 


All returns by mail that were purchased from Duchess Provisions must meet the following criteria:

  • Merchandise must not be used or damaged and must be in its original packaging. 
  • All sale items, special orders, and gift certificates are final sale. 
  • Damage claims must be made within 3 days of receiving your shipment. 
  • All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your shipment. 
  • We do not offer returns on any food items. We will do our best to package food items appropriately, but we are not responsible for any damaged items caused by extreme temperature changes.
    If your shipment is incorrect please e-mail us at info@duchessprovisions.com. Damage claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of delivery by e-mailing info@duchessprovisions.com. Duchess Provisions is not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes.
