This rich and buttery dough is always a breakfast favourite! In this class, you will learn how to make the basic dough while exploring its versatility and endless possibilities. We will also cover fillings and students will get to make the bakeshop’s famous brioche pépin.
- Classes purchases are non-refundable. You may cancel your registration in a class up to 48 hours in advance and credit will be issued towards another class.
- Classes can run ~15 minutes over or under the allotted time
- 10 years old is the minimum age for children attending classes, and all kids under the age of 16 must be registered with an adult
- There is a limit of 4 tickets per person in a given class with no exceptions
