Bûche de Noël

Our classic Bûche de Noël (Yule Log) is back for the holiday season! This year we've decided to offer it in a smaller size to accommodate for smaller gatherings. Our family recipe is made of chiffon sponge cake with espresso rum syrup, mocha cream, Valrhona chocolate glaçage, salted chocolate bark, pistachio moss, and topped with white chocolate mushrooms.  (5–6 servings)
