Lemon Meringue Cake—Winter 2020

In this class you will learn how to make a Duchess staff favourite. From the chiffon, to the lemon cream, each step will be covered including toasting the meringue. Each student will leave with a full-sized cake to share with family and friends.
- Class purchases are non-refundable. You may cancel your registration in a class up to 48 hours in advance and credit will be issued towards another class.
- Classes can run ~15 minutes over or under the allotted time
- 10 years old is the minimum age for children attending classes, and all kids under the age of 16 must be registered with an adult
- There is a limit of 4 tickets per person in a given class with no exceptions
