Do you want more practice on working with pie dough or more ideas on how to use it? This class is a follow-up to our Pie Basics class. With pie dough being as versatile as it is, we wanted to give you a chance to explore some of the things that you can make with pie dough other than traditional pies. In this class we will cover pie cookies and handheld pies, galettes, and quiche. *Although Pie Basics is not a requirement to attend this class, be aware that we will not be spending a lot of time on basic pie dough.

  • Class purchases are non-refundable. You may cancel your registration in a class up to 48 hours in advance and credit will be issued towards another class.
  • Classes can run ~15 minutes over or under the allotted time
  • 10 years old is the minimum age for children attending classes, and all kids under the age of 16 must be registered with an adult
  • There is a limit of 4 tickets per person in a given class with no exceptions
