Gougère (Cheese Puffs) Workshop

Class Description: Join us to learn how to make what we call ‘cheesy little clouds.’ Gougères are made using pâte à choux (choux pastry), the foundation for many different pastries such as éclairs and chouquettes (cream puffs). Your teacher will make the pâte à choux from start to finish and walk you through the recipe step by step. These are so delicious it’s easy to find yourself eating one after another without thinking about it!  

Class Information: This is a fun 1-hour long webinar style workshop. Participants will be able to ask questions in real time via chat and bake along at home if they choose to. Prior to class, students will be sent the recipe being demonstrated with a list of equipment and ingredients they will need to have on hand to bake along.  The cost is $25 per household and family members are welcome to participate with you or listen in. If you can't join us in real-time, you'll be able to download the class to view at your leisure.
