Although making puff pastry at home can be a time-consuming project, once you know the basics, it’s not that difficult and can be extremely rewarding. In this class you will learn the basics of dough lamination, about temperature control and how to roll and bake puff pastry.  Each student will also get the chance to assemble their own mille-feuille.
  • Class purchases are non-refundable. You may cancel your registration in a class up to 48 hours in advance and credit will be issued towards another class.
  • Classes can run ~15 minutes over or under the allotted time
  • 10 years old is the minimum age for children attending classes, and all kids under the age of 16 must be registered with an adult
  • There is a limit of 4 tickets per person in a given class with no exceptions
