Class Description: Join us in making our favourite kind of buttercream, Swiss Meringue! Your teacher will talk about the different types ofbuttercreamandwalk you through the recipe step-by-step.This buttercream is extremely versatile and can be used to frost cakes, cupcakes or fill macarons or cookies.If you’d like to make the Swiss Buttercream withusfeel free to have a batch of cupcakes ready to decorate at the end of class.
Class Information: This is a fun 1-hour long webinar styleworkshop. Participants will be able to ask questions in real time via chat and bake along at home if they choose to. Prior to class, students will be sent the recipe being demonstrated with a list of equipment and ingredients they will need to have on hand to bake along. The cost is $25 per household and family members are welcome to participate with you or listen in. If you can't join us in real-time, you'll be able to download the class to view at your leisure.
