With RGE RD's ability to source high-quality pork from small-scale producers, and expert knowledge in meat, we couldn't be more thrilled with this collaboration! This tourtière is filled with pork, onions, celery and our special blend of spices. It comes FROZEN with baking instructions so you can serve it at your next family gathering or keep one around for an easy dinner.
Preheat your oven to 375°F. Place tourtière directly on the middle rack of the oven. Place a baking sheet lined with foil on the bottom rack to catch drippings. Bake for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes or until the or until the crust is golden brown.
