Pre-orders for pickup must be placed a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
We love pre-orders! Your order will be packed and ready to go - Pre-ordering makes pick up a breeze. Visit the Menu & Order Online page to place an order for pick up at our 124th Street or Ritchie Market locations.
A few things to note:
- We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all pre-orders
- Pre-orders can be picked up anytime during store hours. For information on store hours click here.
- If you require large quantities of a specific item, please email us directly at email@example.com so our team can assist you.
If you need to cancel an order, it must be done prior to 4pm the day before pickup. All orders cancelled after 4pm will not be refunded.
After 48 hours for pastries or 7 days for frozen products we will donate or discard any perishables that have not been picked up, and your order will not be refunded. If you are unable to pick up your order on the pickup date, please call us at 780.488.4999 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Likewise, if you do not get in contact with us within 30 days of your order pickup date, any non-perishable Provisions items will be restocked (discarded or donated?), and your order will not be refunded.
We no longer have the resources to offer delivery as we have reopened our 124th Street location. Should you wish to arrange pick up with a courier, it is your responsibility to make these arrangements.
