Culinary Team - Kitchen Supervisor (Station Lead)

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor (Station Lead) to join our dedicated team. Station Leads mentor their team, sharing the skills and knowledge they have gained as Pastry Chefs. All items are made from scratch with efficiency, care, and attention to detail, ensuring every product reflects our high standards. Station Leads support Production Kitchen Managers by training and guiding staff from day one and work with the Head Pastry Chef to plan for special events and holidays.
The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about pastry, with a strong sense of leadership and pride in their work. Commitment to cleanliness, teamwork, and excellence in technique is essential in our fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

Education
  • Pastry certificate from a recognized institution

OR

  • Prior experience working in a mid to high-volume bakery production, but we will train with a minimum of one year pastry experience.
 Experience
  • 1 + years baking

Working Conditions & Availability:
  • Shifts are typically 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
  • Workload fluctuates based on season and events
  • Moderate noise level
  • Standing for extended periods of time - up to 8 hours
  • Able to lift and carry up to 44 lbs.
