Duchess Barista’s are responsible for making and serving all beverages (hot and cold), maintaining a neat and tidy cafe and bar area. We also want to ensure customers have an excellent experience weather on service or bar side. The Barista is expected to act as an ambassador for the brand by interacting with customers waiting for beverages, maintain an efficient workflow and always exhibiting a calm and professional demeanour. They should have a deep understanding of the beverage program and are encouraged to educate the public in this regard through dialogue.
We are currently hiring part-time baristas for our 124 street location. We’re looking for experienced, hospitality‑driven individuals to join our bar team. You’ll craft quality coffee and tea beverages, provide warm and consistent guest service, and help maintain a clean, efficient workspace in a fast‑paced environment.
