We are introducing a new Part-Time Bread Baker position to support and grow our bread offering within our pastry-focused kitchen. This role will help establish the daily rhythm, standards, and care that define how bread is made in our space.
Bread at our bakery is intended to be simple, honest, and consistent — an essential companion to our pastries, coffee, and café experience. This position is for someone who values process and precision, and who takes pride in helping build something thoughtfully from the beginning.
You will work within a small, focused bread program, contributing to the development of reliable systems while executing daily production with attention and care.
