We are seeking an experienced and thoughtful Savoury Chef to create and lead a new lunch program within our patisserie and café. This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up: a concise, elegant savoury menu that complements our pastry program, coffee, and alcohol offerings.
This role is ideal for a chef who values simplicity, seasonality, and precision — someone who understands that restraint, balance, and beautiful execution matter just as much as creativity. You will have full creative control over the lunch menu while working within the aesthetic, quality standards, and philosophy of a refined patisserie environment.
The lunch program will consist of 6–7 thoughtfully composed items, designed for consistent execution in a 7-day-a-week operation.
Familiarity with basic bread fundamentals (mixing, fermentation, shaping, baking)
