Atelier Instructors come from a variety of backgrounds all while sharing a commitment to guiding our students to develop their skill and passion to create high-quality baking at home. In Atelier we have the opportunity to offer a glimpse behind the scenes of Duchess Bake Shop while showcasing the techniques, skills and high-quality ingredients we use at the Bake Shop. We believe in quality and creativity, and it is integral that our classes reflect these values.
We are currently seeking 2-3 baking instructors to join our team. We have both full-time & part-time positions available, daytime & evening shifts, weekend and holiday availability is mandatory.
Qualifications:
Education
-
High School Diploma
- Completion of a 2 year baking or culinary program is an asset
Experience
-
2+ year's experience in a baking or pastry environment.

Working Conditions & Availability:

12-24 hours a week for part-time
- 29-40 hours a week for full-time
- Shift times can vary between 5-8 hours with shifts starting by 7am or ending at 10:30pm.
- Weekend availability is mandatory
- Day time or evening shift available
