Tart - Boreal

Our Classic Tart shell (made with almond flour) filled with house-made apple cassis butter, birch syrup whipped ganache, and walnut financier pieces, then topped with candied spiced walnuts. Available in small (1–2 servings) or large (6–8 servings).

*Birch syrup has a much bolder flavour profile than maple syrup and features notes of molasses, brown sugar and tangy fruit.
